99.9% uptime.

| How do I access my account |
| Sign
in with your username and password. It is important to note that it may take up
to 24 hours to activate your free trial account. |

| What file type’s do you support? |
| Auction
Assist supports virtually every file format, with the exception of dynamic scripting
formats (e.g. ASP, PHP). In terms of image formats, we support BMP, JPEG, JPG,
GIF, TIFF, and PNG. |

| What is the max file size that I can upload? |
| The
maximum file size per image varies by the account tier you select. For basic
tier customers the limit is 100KB, for professional tier it is 500KB, and for
platinum level customers it is 2000KB. With that being said, you should always avoid
linking pictures greater than 100KB to your auction listings. |

Why do you bill
quarterly?
|

This policy allows
Auction Assist to drastically reduce operating costs, and pass those savings
onto our customers.

How long do you maintain
files after an account has been locked out?

Auction Assist provides
for a 90 day grace period. However, these files will remain unavailable until
the account has been successfully reactivated.

Is the free trial, really
free?
|
|
Absolutely!
Auction Assist allows for all customers to try the service before they actually
pay. If you choose to pay through PayPal, you will create a subscription, and
on the 6th (11th for platinum customers) day of that
subscription your account will be debited. If you cancel before the
sixth day you will never pay anything to Auction Assist.

| How do I cancel my account? |
| Login
to your Auction Assist account and select the “Billing” menu, once you have
loaded this page you will need to select “Cancel Subscription” from the
sub-menu located on the right hand side. |

| Do you offer FTP? |
| Auction
Assist provides full FTP access for all of our customers. We are also the preferred
provider for MarketBlast. Additionally, we
fully support eBay Blackthorne, Sellers Assistant, TurboLister, Auction Watch 2000, and
virtually any application that is FTP enabled. |

| How do I insert an image into my eBay auction? |
| The
easiest way to insert an image is using our auction listing creator. This tool
allows you to create a photo gallery with clickable thumbnails. If you only
wish to insert one picture you can copy the image code from Auction Assist into
your eBay listing. |
